Job Title: HV / LV Cable Jointer

Location: South / South East

Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 pa, dependant on experience

Job type: Full time / Permanent (40hr week Monday - Friday - overtime available)

The Role:

Experienced cable jointers required with previous experience on DNO and /or IDNO essential. We have openings for full or plastic only live LV jointers with the appropriate experience. Switching ticket would be an advantage. HV jointers would be working on triplex, Polymeric, Pilc and Cas cables. Experience with all would be preferred. Candidates must be prepared for some travelling as works are around the South East.

Responsibilities:

• Carry out works on new connections, diversions, alterations, fault locating and
• HDCO, MSDB installation and termination.
• All work must be carried out to a high standard of safety and quality following all
• relevant method statements
• Vehicle, tools and PPE supplied

The successful candidate will require:

• DNO, IDNO competencies
• Valid jointer certification
• Sub Station entry
• Full UK driving licence

The following will be required but training can be given:

• EUSR
• First Aid at Work
