WHAT TO EXPECT

This role will require the personnel to support compliance, both internal and external, of the operational and delivery services provided by the Build Test Operations – Engineering Test Laboratories to ISO9001, IATF16949 and ISO17025:2017.

As a Compliance Engineer, you are expected to be a part of an integrated compliance team of IMS Engineers led by a Senior IMS Engineer in order to support both internal and external audits within the Body Test Operations – Engineering Test Laboratories; there by ensuring continuous improvement via compliance at all times to these mandatory company standards.

You will be expected to support the implementation and maintenance of management systems corresponding to ISO9001, IATF16949 and ISO17025:2017 and be the consultant expert for all relevant queries; advising the associates within Engineering Labs on the requirements of these standards and how to achieve compliance to them.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

• Substantial experience as an internal auditor to ISO9001, IATF16949 and ISO17025:2017 

• Internal auditor trained and certified ISO9001, IATF16949 and ISO17025:2017 with recent evidence of implementation of respective knowledge

• Experience of internally certifying a department from start to finish to one or more ISO9001, IATF16949 and ISO17025:2017 standards

• Requirements, PDiagrams, Turtle Diagrams, Process Modelling, etc. with evidence of implementation of the skills to prove

• Knowledge and experience of implementing Continuous Improvements with evidence of recent use of skills to prove

• Ability to evaluate and advise on process failure modes, define further problem-solving techniques, tools and methodologies to refine understanding and enable compliance / certification

• Extensive experience of delivering internal audit schedules within a department of cross functional team and some experience of successfully supporting external audits for the same

• Experience of creating procedures and processes against each of the clauses of ISO9001, IATF16949 and ISO17025:2017 

• Prior Experience having been a part of a technically and a process oriented cross functional audit team within a larger business

• Highly skilled in Audit, Report writing, Office 365, SharePoint, MS Office and Minitab (or similar) with recent experience of application of skills to prove

• Effective presentation skills with ability to and experience of having positively influenced senior management level stakeholders in challenging situations is a must
