As a pivotal member of the UK Security Services team within MBDA, you will play a crucial role in promoting a strong security culture and enhancing the safety of business travellers through intelligence gathering and briefing!

Job Title: Intelligence, Travel and Security Awareness Manager

Salary: Circa £48,000 depending on experience 

Location: Stevenage, Bristol or Bolton (we may be able to offer a relocation package for this role)

Dynamic (hybrid) working: 2 days per week on-site, due to workload classification

Security Clearance: British Citizen or a Dual UK national with British citizenship

Restrictions and/or limitations relating to nationality and/or rights to work may apply. As a minimum and after offer stage, all successful candidates will need to undergo HMG Basic Personnel Security Standard checks (BPSS), which are managed by the MBDA Personnel Security Team.

• Develop and deliver focused security-related material to promote the security culture of all employees

• Enhance the safety of business travellers through intelligence gathering and briefing

• Disseminate threat intelligence and support business travellers domestically and internationally

• Identify areas of business vulnerabilities and develop and deliver proactive security education programmes

What we're looking for from you:

• Proven experience as a security manager, including managing complex investigations and intelligence management

• Ability to assimilate complex information and deliver security education and awareness

• Excellent communication and presentational skills

• Experience in risk management and a broad understanding of risk and threat vectors affecting the defence industry

• Ability to hold Security Vetting level of security clearance
