The Opportunity
As an IPS Technical Coach, You will provide technical support to maximise production efficiencies, develop and maintain digital solutions to support our drive to being a digitally led company.
You will be providing first line assistance across multiple digital platforms including Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, Excel, Tableau, SAP, etc to drive Data analysis through creation of reports, dashboards & Databases.
Maintaining existing systems & apps as part of our daily operations.
Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities
● Provide line side technician support to maximise production efficiencies.
● Ensure a safe and efficient production performance is delivered within the Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, People and the Environment framework.
● Develop & Maintain Powerapps solutions to benefit a variety of customers across the EPMC.
● Effective deployment of new solutions delivered to the customer.
● Generate and share Production capacity statement reports.
● Support IT training needs (where applicable).
● Undertake any other work as directed by their line manager in connection with their job as may be requested
What you'll need
Essential:
● Demonstrates a high level of attention to detail and ability to follow processes
● Ability to work within Integrated Manufacturing Teams
● Knowledge and experience of creating and deploying Digital systems (Including Microsoft Excel, Power Apps, Power Automate)
● Working in cross functional teams
● Effective stakeholder management
● Relevant indentured or advanced modern apprenticeship or equivalent qualification
Desirable:
● Understanding of Powertrain Manufacturing automotive processes
