Salary: Circa £60,000What we can offer you:

The opportunity:

An IT Service Delivery Manager based at our Bristol site responsible for managing the end to end delivery of IT services to the user base. Working closely with the IT suppliers, ensuring that all SLAs are met and to minimise or eliminate as much business downtime as possible.

To lead and maintain continual service improvement plans, participate in change, incident and problem management and to give the highest possible standard of customer service.

Work closely with both internal and external functions to manage the implementation of new services / applications and acceptance into service.

The IM function is a diverse and fast paced environment which is both challenging and rewarding. The Service Delivery team consists of a diverse team of people specialising on all the service management and technical management practices of ITIL V4 (or the 4 functions of ITIL V3).

What we're looking for from you:
  • ITIL V3 or V4 foundation or higher
  • Service Transition knowledge – Helpful but not essential
  • Leadership - Strong leadership experience in an IT Service Delivery role to motivate and lead virtual teams and partners.
  • IT Service Management - Knowledge of ITSM best practice i.e. ITIL
  • Communication - Effective collaboration in a global organisation. Strong interpersonal skills to enable collaboration and handle escalations and complaints.
  • Reporting - Good data analysis to create reports, using the data to present improvement ideas, trend and demand analysis for proactive problem identification
  • Teamwork - Work well as part of a team, provide support to colleagues across other IT functions and the business
  • Adaptable – Be flexible and adaptable to the changes within the business as well as the IM function
