Salary: £170 - £200 per day

Job Type: Permanent

Hours: Monday to Friday 8 am - 4.30 pm (Paid Overtime)

We are a multi-award-winning company specialising in damp proofing, residential renovation and maintenance.

About the role

We seek to appoint a leak detection specialist with experience using non-invasive techniques, such as thermal imaging, tracer gas, moisture meters, and borescopes.

Investigations require a methodical approach. After finding the source of a leak you may be required to source parts and make repairs. You should be able to produce reports backed with photos explaining the issues and reinstatement work required.

Typical bookings

• Pinpointing leaks within residential properties. This can be anything from a failed toilet cistern to a hole in an underfloor heating system

About you

• Good communication
• Producing reports that clearly explain the issues, backed up with photos
• You'll have your own tools
• Valid UK driving licence

Desirable but not essential

• A knowledge of condensation and damp
