The difference our new Licensed Aircraft Engineer will make

As a Licensed Aircraft Engineer, you'll have a role that's out of the ordinary where you will be responsible for the delivery of light aircraft availability for training and air experience.

Day to day, you'll provide a CRS signature to release aircraft after repair or maintenance, supervise engineering and flight line activity, undertake scheduled and corrective maintenance of aircraft to ensure airworthiness is maintained and meet customer requirements, complete all documentation in accordance with current legislation and Company procedures. Support other LAFT sites as required and be available for detachments in support of camps and maintain/monitor RAL operations to ensure accuracy of input and compliance with procedures.

Essential experience

* Sound understanding of partnering and alliance between customer and contract.
* EASA Part 66, B1.2 license.
* Supervisory experience in a Civil/Military Aviation environment.
* Ability to demonstrate practical and theoretical standards required.
* Driving licence.
* The successful candidate must be able to achieve the appropriate security clearance level for this role.
