J ​J Bullen was founded in 1982 by Mr. John Joseph Bullen, who specialises in plant and machinery hire. The business continued to grow and build its respected reputation along the way.

As the years passed, J Bullen underwent a strategic transition. It moved away from plant hire to focus on its true passion and expertise: the supply and manufacture of excavator buckets, ripper teeth, and other attachments.

We are a family run business that specialise in the repair and refurbishments of heavy plant and machinery. We repair/ refurbish and manufacture everything from Excavator buckets and attachments to handrails/ walkways on quarrying/mining equipment.

We are specialist HARDOX suppliers and use this to manufacture our components.

The Role:

We pride ourselves on working with leading industry big names and are looking for a hardworking individual that is prepared to come and work alongside others in our workshops and help turn out some impressive pieces of plant/ equipment and attachments ready to be installed on customer machines.

The Candidate:

  • The candidate will have experience in working with manual lathes.
  • We also have milling, drilling and turning machines in operation here and this candidate will also accompany others in using these pieces of kit.
