As a Manufacturing Process Engineer, you will be responsible for planning, developing, and implementing assembly and test processes and facilities. You will carry out the design for assembly and provide feedback to guide the product to a common goal. You will need to ensure robust process quality planning including build simulations and FMEA’s.

Day to day, you will support virtual & physical build events: Raising and championing issues, where appropriate, and evaluating suitability of manufacturing technologies for a wide range of applications. You will also prepare, issue and evaluate supplier “Request for Quotations” and develop assembly systems in-house and help us define make vs buy opportunities/risks.

You will need to support management activities through the development and monitoring of timing plans as well as new model planning through the development of process estimates against study requests. The Manufacturing Process Engineer will be accountable for achieving Equipment Capability targets of all new & modified facilities, including OPR, MTTR, MTBF.
