£33,000 Basic Plus Bonus Package (£40,000 OTE)

We are a family-owned group of three Toyota Centre’s that have proudly been looking after our customers for over 40 years in the South West, Somerset County Cars Taunton, Somerset County Cars Yeovil and Roundswell Toyota Barnstaple.

The Master Technician Opportunity:

At Toyota we value our technicians, and our Master Technician works as part of our management team, to offer full support, development and coaching to our team of technicians, and enable them to carry out work to the highest quality standards and thereby deliver a first-class service to our many, loyal customers. There has never been a more exciting time to be with Toyota. You will be working on our industry leading Hybrid, conventional and full electric vehicles, with access to the finest manufacturer training at our factory in Burnaston.

+ Confident communicating with people
+ Team player who likes to assist and support others
+ Able to take the initiative and ownership of issues/programmes with a proactive can-do attitude
+ Process driven with strong organisational and prioritisation skills
+ Thrives in a high pressured environment
+ Passionate about the automotive industry and interested in working
for the largest automotive manufacturer in the world
+ Experience of working previously for the Toyota franchise will be advantageous but not essential
