Monday to Friday – day shift

Overview:
· An amazing opportunity to join Didiers Patisserie team, in maintaining our general equipment and site.
· You will be the chief engineer responsible for assembling, installing, testing and maintaining our kitchen equipment, ensuring that the cause of any breakdowns is identified and corrected.
· The role involves working on various pastry kitchen equipment such as tart blocker, sealing machine, ultrasonic slicer, ovens, planetary mixers, roller breaker, labelling machines, line depositors, cooking kettles.
. You will managed the yearly internal maintenance and keep track of it over the year.
. You will managed maintenance achieved by our external contractors, you will book contractors for yearly maintenance and for breakdown.
· You will inspect kitchen equipment and components to identify hazards, defects.
· You will train workers on how to use and how to clean equipment and fixtures safely.
· You will perform office duties such as maintaining records and files, preparing reports and ordering parts for equipment.
About you:
· The applicant must be fully qualified as a mechanical and electrical engineer
· Team work and positive attitude are both essential
· Good communication skill
· Organised and corporate
