Mechanical Design Engineer

About the job

A highly valued position contributing to the design and development of all mechanical aspects for a range of electronic/electrical test equipment, working within a growing team of engineers / developers in an Agile environment.

Reporting to the Head of Mechanical design, the successful candidate must be self-motivated and versatile as well as having experience and qualifications in mechanical design engineering. You will have knowledge of and be proficient in the use of a 3D CAD system (preferably Solidworks) for 3D part/assembly design and 2D detail component/assembly drawings, in addition to leading on and taking ownership of product design initiatives
