The role
As a Mechanical Engineer, you'll have a role that's out of the ordinary. You will be part of the core team delivering engineering services that include analysis, technical investigations and design change support.
Day-to-day, your focus will be planning and executing tasks across a wide variety of submarine systems providing opportunity to learn lots about the enterprise and mechanical engineering.
This role is full time, 35 hours per week and provides hybrid working arrangements with 3 days in the office/onsite and 2 days working from home.
Essential experience of the Mechanical Engineer
Qualifications for the Mechanical Engineer
Degree qualification in a relevant engineering discipline, equivalent vocations qualification or have relevant submarine domain engineering background.
Security Clearance
The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role.
