Green Resource Engineering Ltd is a fast-moving, exciting, agile and modern business operating from their headquarters and manufacturing facility in Willand, Devon, UK. We design & manufacture innovative, high-end heating and cooling systems for industrial, medical, scientific and laboratory applications.

We are currently looking for a Mechanical Fitter with TIG welding experience to join our friendly, experienced, highly skilled production team, and become part of our diverse, young, growing company at an exciting time.

The Role:

The role will be based at our modern, well equipped Willand factory, with the possibility of on-site work at customers' sites in the UK and abroad as part of our installation and commissioning team. This will be discussed at interview.

You will be working with our established team, producing machinery for globally-recognised companies, and will be changing the world with New Technological advancements.

The Candidate:

We are looking for an all-round, hands-on, practically minded Engineer, who relishes the opportunity to learn a variety of skills and enjoys a challenge.

TIG welding stainless steel will form a major part of the role, and experience in this discipline is vital. However, once established in the role, you would be encouraged to broaden your skills.

On-the-job training will be provided to the successful candidate. Over time, we expect the candidate to develop a wide range of technical skills in this diverse and exciting role.

Most importantly, we need someone who is driven and enthusiastic with a flexible approach and an eagerness to learn a diverse Engineering skillset.

Essential Skills:

* At least five years' experience in a mechanical manufacturing environment
* At least five years' experience TIG welding Stainless Steel
* The ability to read and understand engineering drawings
* A solid understanding of engineering quality procedures
* Basic IT competence - internet, email etc.

Possession of a full UK driving license would be an advantage.
