Salary: £24,982 - £27,041 per annum

About the Role:

The Council’s In House Development Team are looking for multi skilled operatives to work in their new build team. The team are responsible for the development of council owned land and the creation of new build council houses throughout the district.

Main Accountabilities:

• Carry out Joinery/Plumbing as per works specification 
• Carry out reasonable allied duties as and when required 
• Comply with requirements relating to vehicle use & maintenance

The Candidate:

Applicants will need to be able to demonstrate that they can undertake a multi-trade role and should have a core skill in plumbing and joinery, and can demonstrate some general building skills for example tiling, patch plastering and the ability to carry out all work to a good standard.

A knowledge of Construction Health & Safety and Building Regulations is required. A full driving licence is required.
