The Role

As an Asset Optimisation Engineer, you'll have a role that's out of the ordinary. You will be responsible for creating and maintaining the asset management plans of HMNB Clyde, whilst developing the infrastructure delivery program requirements.

Day to day, you will review asset survey data from facilities across the site in order to determine risk, output requirements and possible remedial actions / mitigation strategies.

* You'll analyse reports generated through asset data analysts and identify underlying causes
* Assist management in maximising the utilisation and efficiency of resource
* Work with technical authors and design safety teams to adjust maintenance activities and reduce defects
* Ensure all tasks are carried out in accordance with company's cost, time and quality requirements

Experience Required

* Mechanical and/or electrical engineering background
* Knowledge of risk assessments and quality assurance
* ISO55000 asset management tools and techniques
* COSHH

37 Hours per week with a hybrid working arrangement

Qualifications Required

* Recognised Degree / Apprenticeship in relevant engineering field

The successful candidate must be able to achieve SC security clearance level for this role.
