Job Description
The Privileged Access Mnaagement Solution Engineer will support the expansion of the CyberArk service, driving the delivery of minimum viable products to support integration of markets to the central hub, and ensuring that technical and operational delivery of ‘first of type’ capabilities align to product best practice security standards.
The successful candidate will be joining a globally distributed Agile (SAFe) delivery team, where collaboration, shared innovation and the mind-set of ‘getting it done’ together are central to what we do.
Core Skills and Experience
*
Extensive experience designing, implementing, monitoring, tuning and upgrading Privileged Access Solution Component Servers.
*
Extensive hands-on experience of the full lifecycle of credential management utilising CyberArk; requirements elicitation, design, test, Service Transition through to BAU.
*
An expert with multiple server Operating Systems, security/network appliances, public/private cloud, TCP/IP and Active Directory.
*
Experience with scripting, databases, and the following technologies: SSO, SIEM, LDAP/S, IIS/Apache, MFA, PKI
*
Solid understanding of ITIL-based Service Management and Priority Incident Response playbooks/runbooks
*
CyberArk certification.
*
Experience working within an Agile delivery framework (SAFe in particular) and associated qualifications would be beneficial
