Salary: Circa £40,000 - £48,000 depending on experience
Dynamic (hybrid) working: 1-2 days per week on-site due to workload classification
Security Clearance: Restrictions and/or limitations relating to nationality and/or rights to work may apply. As a minimum and after offer stage, all successful candidates will need to undergo HMG Basic Personnel Security Standard checks (BPSS), which are managed by the MBDA Personnel Security Team.

The opportunity:
In this newly created position, you will be responsible for supporting the Pensions Manager and the Senior Payroll Specialist with the day to day running of both areas and a range of project activities. For pensions this includes support for the ongoing management of the pension schemes, death in service and income protection policies. For payroll this includes support for the accurate running of the UK payroll as well as contributing to a number of improvement projects.
