Salary: Circa £50,000 (pro-rata) depending on experience

This is a 9 month Fixed Term Contract

As this is a Fixed Term Contract the Benefits package will be pro-rated in line with the duration of the contract.

Dynamic (hybrid) working: We trust our people to agree, within their teams, where and when they can be most effective. Our Dynamic Working policy allows individuals flexibility around the hours they work and where they work. Typically for this role you will work 3-4 days per week on-site.  

The opportunity:

We're looking for a People Integration and Engagement Specialist to join our Electronics Engineering Function. If you're an organised and proactive individual with excellent communication and listening skills, this is the perfect opportunity for you! As our Specialist, you will take a hands-on approach in facilitating numerous events and initiatives with a variety of stakeholders to focus on improving practices. Your aim will be to improve the candidate onboarding experience and enhance integration and engagement across our 3 main sites in the UK.

You'll have experience in onboarding teams, skills and capability management, and possess excellent problem-solving skills. We are looking for someone with strong networking abilities and the capacity to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
