• Electric Drive Units / E-Machines / Hybrid transmissions and driveline
• Inverters / Charging / HV Electronics & Systems
• Software / software integration / Functional Modelling
• Internal combustion engines
• Hydrogen fuel cells
• Battery cells / Battery Pack Design / Battery Management
• Cooling systems / CAE / NVH

We are looking for Graduates to mid-level engineers to attend an interview day on 15th December 2022 in our state of the art head office in Gaydon.

We are particularly keen to hear from engineers with any of the below skillsets:

• Component hardware engineers. Design, development, and lead on the technical content and integrity of specific powertrain components across specific programmes, delivering the commodity plan to quality, cost and time.
• Battery cell engineers. Battery cell development, testing and delivery. Electrode chemist and design optimization of cathodes, anodes and electrolyte materials and components.
• System engineering. Definition, development and delivery of harmonised systems solutions, consisting of multiple interconnected components, hardware and software integration.
• eMachine Engineers: Owning the Design and Release of multiple eMachine components across various programmes
• Calibration engineers. Delivering of calibration work packages using data gathered from engine-in-the-loop (EIL), Powertrain-in-the-loop (PiL), and Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) simulations and optimisation methodologies.
• Control engineers. Design and development of model-based control functions, demonstration of new concepts and systems via desktop simulation.
• Software Integration: Ensuring continuous software integration across the propulsion systems through the life cycle of vehicle programs
• CAE and CFD analysis engineers. Simulation engineers using virtual techniques for simulating: thermal fluid systems within batteries, electric drive units and internal combustion engines, CAE and tribology, and hybrid powertrain system analysis.
