Job Title: Production Foreman - Night Shift

Job type: Permanent/Full time - 4 X 12 hr shifts - paid hour lunch

This is a permanent night shift role and only people with plastics experience need apply.

The Role

The Candidate:

• The candidate will also have man management skills and experience over a small but continuous production system
• Plastics/extrusion experience is essential
• Fork truck experience also preferred but again not essential if right candidate.
• Fit and healthy individuals as heavy lifting is required.
• Must have previous machine operating experience.

Day Duties:

• The night shift foreman's job will entail, after the initial training period, will be to start the relevant machinery for the correct running conditions and material types
• Subject to experience the foreman would also be expected to load and run the same machinery as this job is very much a "hands On" type position.
• Duties will also include shredding granulating and re-compounding.
• Carry out machine operation functions as per job instructions
• Work as part of a team
• Maintain clean work space and environment
