Role Overview
As a project lead engineer and part of the systems engineering team you will deliver engineering solutions on a range of high profile and demanding projects, providing technical direction and supporting the customer facing business unit. You will supervise a team of expert multi-disciplinary engineers who specialise in power systems, power conversion, automation control and mechanical integration. As well as technical leadership for projects you will own design responsibility for your own engineering specialism. You will also have the opportunity to act as deputy for the project manager.

Requirements for Success
- A solid educational foundation with a degree in Electrical, Electronic, or control engineering or a related subject.
- Prior experience in engineering design and experience of power engineering, electrical drive systems or grid connected systems.
- Experience of systems integration within complex technology projects
- Capable of engaging and communicating with diverse teams worldwide, driving collaboration and innovation.
