An exciting opportunity to join MBDA's SAP transformation programme, where you will focus on the roll out within the Group Treasury area
Job Title: S/4HANA Treasury Process Lead
Salary: Circa £75,000 dependent on experience
Location: Stevenage
Dynamic (hybrid) working: 3-4 days per week on-site due to workload classification
Security Clearance: British Citizen or a Dual UK national with British citizenship
Restrictions and/or limitations relating to nationality and/or rights to work may apply. As a minimum and after offer stage, all successful candidates will need to undergo HMG Basic Personnel Security Standard checks (BPSS), which are managed by the MBDA Personnel Security Team.
The opportunity:
‘IMPACT' is the name of MBDA's Group wide change programme to implement S/4HANA, replacing a range of bespoke systems used today. This role will be responsible for ensuring a successful roll out of S/4HANA across the MBDA treasury teams in France, Italy and the UK, in addition to supporting the full implementation of S/4HANA treasury capabilities within the MBDA Group system. The role will require working with the Group treasury teams, the IMPACT core team, the overall Systems Integrator and our banking partners.
Working with and managing key stakeholders both inside and outside the business will be key to delivering a successful solution. An ability to communicate a vision for the deployment of and support the teams to learn how to maximise the new system will also be key deliverables.
While you must be able to work independently and be comfortable making decision, you can expect support from across the business, including at senior levels, to deliver this wide-ranging change programme.
