Salary: A basic salary of up to £38k DOE plus overtime and standby, callout rota (OTE £38k - £48k)

Job type: Full Time, Mon-Friday, 40 hours per week

The role:

TP Fire has an exciting opportunity for an experienced, motivated, and committed individual to join our growing team. Your role will be to install and maintain a range of Intruder, Access Control, and CCTV Systems, working independently and assisting other engineers.

The Candidate:

• Experience in Installation and service of Fire and Security Systems for an NSI & BAFE registered company
• Competent in the servicing and installation of Fire, Access control systems, Intruder alarms and CCTV systems.
• Competent on Conventional & Addressable systems including Honeywell, Gent, Advanced and Hochiki
• Experience with intruder alarms with key experience in Honeywell Galaxy and Texecom
• Experience with IP CCTV systems with key experience in Axis, Hikvision and Avigilon
• Experience with Access control systems with key experience in Paxton, Gallagher, ACT Vanderbilt, Grosvenor Technology
• Must have working knowledge and experience of the current fire and Security British Standards
• Experienced in the location of system faults
• Ability to diagnose faults and propose solutions without supervision
• Must be competent in IT related products for Security and Communication devices and Computer literate in MS Office suite (preferably Word & Excel)
• Demonstrates good time management and goes the ‘extra mile’ to ensure work is complete to targets set
• Qualifications in BS5839, BS5266/FIA Units preferable
• Proven IP CCTV experience
• Permit to work in the UK (foreign National)
• Must have a full, clean driving licence
• An ECS or CSCS card is desirable
• Must be self-motivated, well presented and have diligent work ethic as working remotely from the office
• Must be able to satisfy vetting to BS7858 and Enhanced DBS checks will be required for this role

• Call out rate at £25 per night, door to door, Bank Holidays, double call out rate
