Job Title: Senior Scrum Master
Salary: Circa £60-65K depending on experience
Location: Stevenage or Bristol
Dynamic (hybrid) working: 2-3 days per week on-site due to workload classification
Security Clearance: British Citizen or a Dual UK national with British citizenship
Restrictions and/or limitations relating to nationality and/or rights to work may apply. As a minimum and after offer stage, all successful candidates will need to undergo HMG Basic Personnel Security Standard checks (BPSS), which are managed by the MBDA Personnel Security Team.
The opportunity:

Our Scrum Masters (Team Coaches) work primarily to develop our people and teams by teaching, facilitating, mentoring and coaching. Working as a servant leader that serves teams and works collaboratively within our Agile Practice to grow agile maturity across the organisation.
Beyond that, you will be an Agile Practitioner, working across interesting, complex defence project domains supported by our Agile Coaches, collaborating with colleagues, stakeholders and customers within a large scale Agile programme.
