Job Title: HVAC Service Engineer

Location: Reading

Salary: Up to £55k (Experience Dependant)

Job type: Permanent, Full time.

Established in 2003, Principal HVAC are specialists in Design, Installation, Commissioning and Servicing of Heating, Ventilation & Air Conditioning Solutions.

Principal HVAC are looking for an experienced HVAC Service Engineer to join their Swindon office.

• Annual salary starting from £32k and upwards, depending on experience
• Standard working hours: 8hrs/day, starting time can be variable ie 6am - 8am,
• Overtime applicable, Sundays X2, Saturdays X1.33 to 2pm, X2 after 2pm, Weekdays X1.33

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

• Attending and carrying out programmed service visits
• Attending breakdown calls, with fault finding on AC & Vent systems, electrically, mechanically and refrigeration wise
• Communicate your findings back to your Service Manager or Project Manager involved, while at all times, building, nurturing and promoting good business relationships with our clients
• You will also be involved in working with our Commissioning Engineer on Commissioning or doing pre-commissioning checks on new AC & Vent installations, taking part in handover client demonstrations.
• You will be answerable our Service Manager
• Your role will ultimately lead to ensuring that our customers get faults resolved professionally and efficiently, leading onto repeat business for Principal HVAC

Essential Skills and Requirements:

• 2 years' experience in a similar role
• Knowledge in Ventilation & AC Systems
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Full UK Drivers' Licence required
