Job Title: Team Leader Circuit Card Test

Salary: Circa £55,000 depending on experience 

Location: Bolton (We may be able to offer a relocation package for this role)

The opportunity:

Working in collaboration with our wider Test Equipment Group, we are seeking an experienced Test Development Engineer to lead our Circuit Card Test team that design and implement the CCA test strategies and, where appropriate, influence our products through ‘Design for Test'.

You'll mentor your team on process, best practice and encourage innovation and collaboration.

On a day to day basis you'll be resource managing the workload, collaborating with project managers, reviewing your team's designs, attending peer and design reviews ensuring design for manufacture and design for test is considered and all requirements internal and external are adhered to.

What we're looking for from you:

• Experience leading teams is highly desirable.
• Significant experience leading Test Equipment design packages.
• Proven experience managing resources to ensure delivery on time.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and negotiate with multiple stakeholders.
• Significant experience of the product life cycle (Development through to Manufacture).
• Strong organisational skills to track the array of issues and test types we have with the ability to draw conclusions/commonality from across all the areas.
