The Technical Administrator role:

Your mission is to work within our Technical Department and be the first line of contact for all technical queries, responding to phone calls and emails from internal departments and external customers.

Our Technical Manager will be on hand to assist with complex technical queries but you will be the first point of contact, escalating when required. You will also support the Design Department as and when required with tasks such as following up on queries, chasing suppliers and obtaining client approvals.

You will be responsible for compiling full suites of handover documents for Clients including:

+ As Built drawings
+ Data sheets
+ Warranties
 + Operation and Maintenance information

There will be scope within the role to progress into a more technical position, including the production of technical designs for operational purposes.

About you:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

+ Technical background in housing or construction desirable
+ Strong background in administrative roles
+ Competent in the use of MS office software and CRM systems (NetSuite or similar)
+ Strong communicator across email, phone and in person
