The Role

 

As the Warehouse Manager, you will oversee the everyday functions of the warehouse, support purchasing for the site and support, manage and implement workplace health and safety processes.

 

Managing the team, you will assign tasks appropriately to best ensure a smooth running of the production line and the maintenance, efficiency and development of the supply chain.

 

Additionally, you will be responsible for the management of inventory, including transactions, storage, transfers, returns and administrations, well as department equipment.

 

About You

 

To be considered as the Warehouse Manager, you will need:

 

- Experience in warehouse management

- Experience of managing 3PL and/or logistics environments

- Good organisational, leadership and people skills

- Good awareness of warehouse safety

- Strong computer skills, particularly Microsoft Excel and Word

- Good knowledge of MRPII and/or ERP and despatch systems

- A counterbalance licence

- A full, valid driving licence
