Job Title: Welder

Location: Paisley

Salary: Negotiable.

Job type: Full Time - Permanent. Candidates must be willing to work regular overtime (weekend & evenings) which is paid at a premium rate.

Direct Engineering are currently recruiting experienced welders to join our very busy fabrication shop based in Linwood, Renfrewshire.

The Role:

• General welding activities of different welding processes.
• General welding activities of different grades of material.
• Drawing interpretation to ensure correct weld deposit is achieved.
• Fabricate where necessary.

Experience Required:

• Must have minimum 5 years' experience.
• Skilled in MIG and MMA welding process.
• Working from CAD drawings.
• Accurate marking out and measurement.
• Working to BS EN 1090-2 and ISO procedures.
• Must be able to pass weld test.

*Please note - Regular weekend working required paid at a premium rate.
