Job Title: Wet Room Installer / Bathroom Fitter

Location: Huntingdon, Cambridge

Salary: £60,000 - £100,000 per year (£1250 - £1800 per job)

Job type: Permanent, Full time.

The Role:

Westone Housing is Nationwide Building contractor, experienced across various construction sectors, our recent expansion within our public sector department has led to us requiring to expand our team and recruit for new Wet Room Installers.

Our company provides a straight forward method of work, with great work/life balance. All trades are supported by an experienced office team and will report directly into a contracts manager who will regularly attend site and be available to discuss projects at all times, allowing you to focus on the job at hand. All materials are provided to complete the projects and can be either collected from our depot or delivered directly to site.

We're looking for an experienced, driven, passionate self-employed wet room Installer/bathroom fitter who have experience in adapting bathrooms to accessible wet rooms to join our growing team. We have multiple long-term contracts which require servicing, with a fair & transparent approach, whilst offering competitive rates of pay!

Pay:

• On a standard Bathroom to Wet Room alteration we're paying between £1250 - £1800 per job. Each job should be started and finished within 5-7 working days.

Required Experience/Essentials:

Plumbing background of 3 years+ experience, along with experience in tiling, plastering, joinery and welded vinyl floor laying (although training on the floor laying can be provided for the right candidates)

• Own Van (Essential)
• Own Tools (Essential)

Preferred Experience:

• Aqua Panel Installation
• Basic understanding of electrics
• Non-License Asbestos Removal trained
• Bathroom/Wet Room Installs: 3 years
• Wet floor shower installs including Altro flooring: 3 years
• Tiling: 3 years
