The role of the Support Engineer is to provide first class customer support to the Operations team. This is achieved by performing Preventive Maintenance activities, responding effectively to breakdowns, monitoring equipment performance, and providing valuable input.

Reporting to the Engineering Manager you will assess and support machinery operational and safety performance at the Dunstable site, record issues found, and corrective actions taken to rectify issues, as well as respond to breakdowns.
